About Us:
We are a growing lawn care and landscaping business in Altoona, PA, dedicated to providing top-quality services to residential and commercial clients. We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Lawn Care Crew Leader to lead a small crew and ensure our jobs are completed efficiently and professionally.
Job Responsibilities:

Lead a team in performing lawn maintenance, landscaping, and related tasks

Operate and maintain equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other tools

Ensure quality control and customer satisfaction on job sites

Train and oversee crew members to maintain high standards

Keep track of job completion times, materials used, and project details

Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance among team members

Communicate effectively with management, crew members, and clients
Qualifications:
-
Experience Requirement: At least 2 years of lawn care experience with 1 year in a supervisory role OR 2+ years of experience as a foreman or crew leader in a related field

Ability to lead and motivate a team

Experience operating and maintaining lawn care equipment

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work

Valid driver’s license with a clean record (preferred)

Ability to work in various weather conditions and lift 50+ lbs
